The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by CanvaConcepts and in the event of any dispute are governed by the laws of Malaysia. 

All work is carried out by CanvaConcepts on the understanding that the Client has agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 

Copyright is retained by CanvaConcepts on all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals, and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all of the costs have been settled. 

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise with the Client in writing, all digital template downloads require a non-refundable advance payment of one hundred (100) percent of the template package before any digital downloads are provided. 

Unless agreed otherwise with the Client in writing, all custom branding services require a non-refundable advance payment of USD 149.00 of the service package before any service commences.

On the other hand, all consultation services require a non-refundable advance payment of one hundred (100) percent of the consultation package before any services are provided, except otherwise when the consultation service is included in the custom branding services as free-of-charge.

Return Policy 

Since my templates are digital products that cannot technically be returned or exchanged, I cannot offer any refunds for any reason. Please be sure to check any applicable requirements before placing an order and if You have any questions about a design, please Contact Me. 

Since Our consultation and custom branding services are meeting or Zoom call based that needs to be scheduled in advance, We cannot offer any refunds unless CanvaConcepts is notified by email at least 48 hours in advance from the time of Your purchase. 

For any cancellation or rescheduling of the consultation services and/or the custom branding services, an email notification must be sent to jen@canvaconcepts.com at least 48 hours in advance from the time of Your purchase. Failure to send an email notification to jen@canvaconcepts.com will not guarantee You of a cancellation or rescheduling option.

In the occurrence that CanvaConcepts need to cancel or refund a consultation and custom branding service on Our end, You will receive a full refund (for cancellation) or a rescheduling option thereof.

Template Proofing & Changes 

Changes for any Digital Proof shall only be not applicable for Our Canva Templates that is not included in any of our services.

When You receive Your first Digital Proof after placing your Custom Branding Service order, you will have the option of either approving the proof as-is or submitting a change request. All of Our Canva Templates inside our Custom Branding Services includes unlimited rounds of changes for things such as text corrections, color changes, element placement, etc. only up until You approve the Digital Proof via any means of communication to Us.

If, after accepting Your Digital Proof, You discover that You still need to make further changes, there will be a charge of USD 11.00 per change needed for additional rounds of Digital Proofs. However, CanvaConcepts does have the right to refuse any request of changes on Your Digital Proof after You have accepted and received the Digital Proof when We deem so necessary for any reason.

We’re all human here, so in case a mistake or omission should occur due to an error by CanvaConcepts, of course, we will gladly correct it at no additional cost or expense to You.
